Where can I Buy urethane paint for a fiberglass boat.?

You need to visit a professional supplier. This is a professional type coating - if two pack it is also very toxic but all coatings should be considered dangerous. I suggest you pay attention to all the correct PPE unless you wish to add to the national statistics for liver failure amongst other major organ failure - such as lungs etc......... There is a lot of prep involved in over-coating gel coat - while it is a very valid way of changing the appearance of your boat, it may not be cost effective if using a plain colour. Either way there is a lot of work ahead of you, and I wish you the best.
