Go to your local library or a bookshop and buy a book on logo design. Also, research logos generally and that may give you some inspiration. As the last answer stated, find out if the company has any preference on colour and typeface. With it being an accountancy firm, the logo should be clean and concise. Get as much information from the client as possible, that should make your job easier.
