If it was shipped surface mail, then it could take up to 6 months. Packages must be sent air mail for delivery within 2 weeks.

under a month usually. if you're buying stuff on ebay it should take aabout 3 weeks. I regularly buy stuff from China and it never takes more than a month, unless of course you have a large shipment or something that US customs deems contraband or high risk item or whatever.
