Not without doing so illegally. Just download a program called HANDBRAKE and copy the movies that you already own. It's as time-consuming as downloading a movie, but there's no risk of fines. It's a freeware, so you don't need to download it illegally. :-)

try google video which has a download to iPod format feature on some of the videos they offer. you can alwasy go the limewire, frostwire and bear share route - but virus ridden and illegal so do at your own risk
