Does working out benefit swimming?

    have you been doing cardio? your strength might be better, but unless youve been getting a heavy cardio workout, that might be lacking a little

well, you have to be balanced, because if you stop swimming for a while, it won't help much. if you still swim at least a little it will help a ton. it helps no matter what though, with you speed, not really endurance.

Swimming is a resistance sport, therefore you have to stay in the water to keep your enderance, sooo your going to be slower but the muscle that you gain from working out might benifit you, i suggest getting back in the water like...now!
