Answer:
Lemon butter crisps 3 cups milk 6 egg whites 1.5 cups sugar 1.5 cups lemon juice 1 cup flour 1.5 cups baking soda 1/2 teaspoon (NOT tablespoon) of salt 5 drops yellow food coloring (Durkee) 1/2 stick of unsalted butter Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix egg whites, milk, sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl until smooth, then set aside. Combine lemon juice and food coloring in small measuring cup, stirring with teaspoon. You want it to look VERY yellow, so don't be afraid to add more coloring. You want the lemon butter crisps to be yellow and not crispy brown when they're done. Combine the salt and baking soda in a small bowl. Use your fingers and make a "hole" in the middle of the mixture, then pour the yellow juice into the hole. Using a whisk, stir in circles from the hole to the edge of the bowl. Once smooth, add the yellow mixture to the large mixing bowl with your egg whites, etc. Stir it all together until smooth. If it's not at least pale yellow, stir up to 3 more drops of food coloring in. Use nonstick spray (Pam, etc.) on a cookie sheet, then dollop teaspoonsful of the mixture onto the sheet. Put cookie sheet in oven for no more than 10 minutes. These rock. Crunch away!

Oreo Brownies 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces plus more for baking sheet 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped 1 tsp. instant coffee 4 large eggs, room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup firmly packed dark-brown sugar 2 tsp. vanilla extract ¾ tsp. fine sea salt (regular salt is fine, too) 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted 2 cups ganache (recipe follows instructions for brownies) Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat a rimmed cookie sheet with butter and line with parchment paper. Set aside. Combine butter and chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted. Stir in coffee crystals. Remove from heat; set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the eggs, sugars, vanilla and salt. Beat to combine. Add the chocolate mixture and beat until well blended. Add the flour and beat just until combined. Spoon batter into prepared rimmed cookie sheet. Smooth the surface with an offset spatula. Bake until a shiny crust appears on the surface and the center is still soft when a cake tester or toothpick is inserted into the center. (15-20 minutes) Transfer to a wire rack to cool to room temperature, about an hour. While waiting for brownies to cool, make the ganache. Ganache 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped 1 cup heavy cream 2 Tbls unsalted butter 2 Tbls sugar 4 tsp. instant coffee crystals pinch of salt 1/8 tsp. pure vanilla extract Place chocolate in a small bowl; set aside. In a medium saucepan, heat cream, butter, sugar, coffee crystals, salt and vanilla over medium heat. Pour over chocolate and let stand until chocolate is partially melted (3 to 5 minutes). Using a rubber spatula, stir chocolate until completely melted and smooth. Let stand until thickened and the consistency of frosting, about 1 hour. Topping 2 cups Oreo cookie bits, (break Oreo or Oreo double stuffs in to pea-size pieces) When brownies are completely cool to the touch, spread room temperature ganache evenly across the top. Press the Oreo cookie pieces evenly into the ganache. Transfer pan to the refrigerator and chill for another hour. Remove from refrigerator. Cut into 2-by-2-inch squares. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Serve at room temperature.

It's really easy! And taste absolutely WONDERFUL! Crush a package of oreos (I use Double Stuf). Blend with 8 oz cream cheese Put in refrigerator to set about an hour (makes it easier for rolling and dipping). Roll into balls, not much bigger than a nickel Melt almond bark or white morsel chips (can use dark chocolate of either, if you prefer......... I think it's too "chocolatety" that way) Dip balls in chocolate Let harden REFRIGERATE! EAT, EAT, EAT.... :-) Makes about 52 balls. Enjoy, they are WONDERFUL!

Oreo Snow Balls 1 package Oreo cookies 12 ounces cream cheese -- softened 20 ounces almond bark -- melted Directions: Crush 1 pkg. (1 lb. 4 oz.) Oreo cookies. Mix with 12 oz. softened cream cheese. Roll into balls; chill. Dip in 18-20 oz. melted almond bark to coat. Made 75. crush Oreo's in food processor (Ziploc bag & rolling pin wasn't as easy) and add in cream cheese cubes to mix. Recipe called for 12 oz. cream cheese but I use 8 oz. I also chill this mixture before rolling into balls. This is also quite a hit. Rudolph's Cookie Kisses 1 cup softened margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla 2/3 cup sugar 1 2/3 cup flour 1/4 cup cocoa 1 bag (9 oz) chocolate kisses Beat margarine, sugar & vanilla until it is creamy. In separate bowl, stir together flour and cocoa. Blend into other mixture, mixing well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until dough is easy to handle. Mold scant tablespoon dough around each kiss, covering completely. Shape into balls, then bake on cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool, then roll in powdered sugar. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
