I'm not sure what you mean. You need a 4-year college degree to apply to a graduate program (MBA, masters, PhD), and you can't get that degree from a community college. Are you talking about going to community college instead of Long Beach? You don't have any credits to transfer. Or Long Beach, community college, USC? That doesn't make much sense.
