Do I have to buy the Express pass same time I buy the tickets?

    I wouldn't suggest express passes just because they seem to be a waste of money. But express passes are sold throughout the park, so no worries. You can go in and see how long the lines are inside the park. But remember, express passes can only be used ONCE PER RIDE and are not able to be used on Harry Potte FOrbidden Journey or Rip Rocket. Another tip, make sure to buy tickets online( they usually have better deals that are online exclusive) and you get to skip the lines of purchasing tickets. And yes, you can leave the park and re-enter as longas you have your tickets.

Don't waste your money on the express pass. You won't need it in February and even if you do have it when it's busy, you'll still be waiting in a long line.
