Find a photo icon in mail panel. Click on it, choose picture you want to embed and submit it

If it's just a picture off google or whatever, then you can just copy and paste it into the email. If it's one off your computer, then you will probably need to upload it to an image-hosting site like www.photobucket.com first. They have little codes underneath each picture when you upload it, and i think one of them is an embedding code. Hope that helps, sorry if not.
