How do i send music files from my email address on my laptop , to my cell phone?

i have a way to send ringtones to my cell phone but it wont let me email anything to a phone number .. can anyone help?

Answer:
If the music files are not protected all you have to do is upload the files to your email and type in you phone number in the send to box. If they are protected files you will not be able to send them without converting them and that cound ruin file.
