Why is google speech API not working all of sudden?

I have been frankly using google speech for quite some time, but all of sudden it doesnt work, and instead it tells me that, "Permission to use microphone is blocked. To change, go to chrome://settings/contentExceptions#media-stream" so i tried changing the setting, I tried almost every option available but it just doesn't work. I worked fine an hour ago. after lunch it doesnt work. I tried restarting the computer, it still doesnt work. Do you guys have any solution to this?

you you now have to provide a developer API key, which can be obtained from Google. The class does not include one, and I cannot give you one- they’re free, and easy to get just go to the https://code.google.com/apis/console/, and sign up for one.
