In the following Caribbean ports do you take a boat to shore or does the the ship pull up to dock?

The only port I'm unfamiliar with is Grand Turk, but all others pull up to a dock. In fact, the only port in the Caribbean that uses tenders at this point (that I know of) is Grand Cayman.
