Is it to late to start playing aussie rules footy?

    im 17, i started playing last year when i was 16 so it isnt to late. to be honest though you probably wont be as good as the rest, as i am. most people, including my team mates started when they were about 8, some in victoria even earlier with the auskick program because its commom knowledge that the younger you start something the better at it you will be. it wont be hard to be a respected player at it though. as i said before im not very good with the basic skills but i put my body on the line, put my head over the ball get the contested possessions and that will probably help you be more respected.

i guess if you have some experience of footy why not, and if your a bit dodgy here and threre, you will pick up new skills in no time.

It's not too late to start playing footy, if you're a quick learner and listen to your coaches you can become a decent player still.
