Turkey is very lean, just take the skin off. Eat mostly green veggies & salad. Drink lots of water instead of fattening beverages. For breakfast have an egg white omelet stuffed with veggies (use a bag of frozen mixed veggies & saute them lightly with a tiny splash of olive oil). For lunch, much on raw veggie sticks to fill yourself up.
