Will Allah (SWT) care if i am sunni or shia?

according to the Hadith, it is mentioned all sects will be in hell except the ones that uphold Muhammad's way. and there will be 73 sects of Islam

no only fool think about shia or Sunni Muslims r only Muslims

As the others said, Muhammad PBUH said that islam will be split into many sections, and one will only go to heaven. Now think about it, do u think shi'a or sunnis will go to heaven? Do you think that the folowers of mohammad pbuh, the quran, and allah will go to heaven or hell? Or the ones that pray diffrently from muhammad pbuh but accept the quran, follow the ways of ali (r.a.) eventhough he wasnt even a prophet. THe ones that make up their own hadiths, and but Turba that didnt even exist at the time of mohammad pbuh? Which one seems right? the first or second? I would say the first, and the first is sunni. Islam is peace, quran, mohammad pbuh, and allah. The sunnah is folowing mohammad pbuh, since muhammad pbuh is going to heaven, then why not folow him, thats like folowing him to heaven. Ali (r.a.) will go to heaven too inshallah, but he was never mentioned in the quran. Allah knows best, Allah is the only judge, Allah has given us brains to think with, and we must choose the right path, the right path is open for those who arent misguided, but before the day of judgment the doors of forgivness will close, and no one will be able to change his section. pray for guidance, do your fard and be steadfast in your Qiyam as He will guide those who seek to be guided. On the day of Judgment Allah swt will decide amongst us on the things we differ.. Allah swt forgives all sins except associating partners with him so whenever you see something that conflicts with this statement avoid it.

As long as you see the beauty in reading the Qur'an and reading the authentic Sunnahs and following them, you're one who submits to the will of Allah swt. I don't know if he will care. It's all in the way he judges us.

the two groups didn't exist until mohammad died. after his death the two, abu bakr and ali went to war for control. so, what differance does it make?
