Do you write a cover letter for a job if they want you to send them a completed application form?

Cover letters go with resumes. If you are sending a resume/ asked to send a resume send a cover letter. If the online application has a field for "any other information you would like to include" cut and paste a cover letter. Do not send anything snail mail if you are sending the application by email.
