As you know teaching would work out well with your family. Nursing is great but if you get a job in a hospital (where I live that is where the highest paid nursing jobs are) your shifts will be erratic at first. Shift work is good though if you do not want to leave your children with strangers when they are young. You can work nights and your husband can work days. That would not be possible with teaching. The best gift you can give your children is a happy home with a happy mother. Do what you think you will enjoy the best.

Go for nursing. Pay more and there are great scholarships for nursing. Then you could try to become a doctor.
