Is it legal to import LinkedIn profile data and save in other web site database?

I'm planning to build a web site where I want to allow user to import their profile from LinkedIn and then I want to keep all details in my application database. Is it legal to do? Please help.
Answer:

In the terms of use Linkedin states the information in the profile belongs to each user. So If a Linkedin user voluntarily include his/her information in a different web site is legal.
