you have to go to nursing school - probably 2+ yrs and then pass the exam - might be tough to even get into the program and it's not easy and you have to keep high grades it pays a lot better than CNA - jobs at a doctors office are few and far between and probably have very low turnover - hospitals (and maybe nursing homes) are where the jobs and money are
