Is it difficult to get a job as a lawyer?

I got fired from my job and my employer is fighting my unemployment. Should I get a lawyer?

    You made your mistake in not waiting around to get that "your fired" talk from the owner. By walking off and not waiting until 11:00 for the talk, you essentially did quit, and not get fired. I've won multiple unemployment fights for this very reason against irate ex-employees. You essentially abandoned your job. Yes, you would have been fired, but you did not allow your employer to fire you, and now have lost your rights to unemployment. Expensive lesson to learn. Next time, keep your temper in check, and stick around. However, you can go to the labor board about the missing vacation and bonus pay, and I would do that.
