To be honest, it all depends. Some employers may prefer no tattoos because it may convey a certain perception about that person's character. Others may not look at this as a factor and focus on that person's experience, candor, demeanor and the interview or take all into consideration. Where you are applying to is also a factor... From personal experience I can say that 1st impressions are lasting. You would want to look as professional as possible and answer all interview questions cunningly well wherever you apply. Whether you have tattoos or not, you must always convince your audience why you are the best candidate!
