Just to add to the other responses, I wouldn't say that you have that little of work experience :) Please don't cut yourself short ;) You'd worked in a retail setting for at least three years, including the customer service :) It would be a good idea to find out precisely how long that you did work at the previous store for the job application, resume and/or cover letter. (Please remember to always send a cover letter with a resume as the cover letter briefly expands on one's resume.)
