I don't know about China, but in the U.S., you are asked situational questions such as: Tell me about a time when you had to meet a deadline. What did you do to meet the deadline, how did working faster affect your work and what was the outcome? Also, there will usually be questions about the emphasis you put on things like punctuality, honesty, work ethics, whether or not you're a team player and your availability (what days and times you can work). Most employers want to know how much you already know about the company. They like it if you can tell them something about the company's history. Make sure you greet your interviewer with a smile, look them right in the eye when you greet them and during the entire interview. Also, have a firm, confident handshake. Don't slump in your chair, sit up with your back not touching the back of the chair, feet flat on the floor. Your resume should be professional on resume paper, in a resume folder. You should have two copies of it with you at the interview. Also, make sure you get the names of every person you speak with, from the secretary on up. Send each of them a thank you note as soon as you can afterward. This is very important! I hope these suggestions help.

I dont know what kind of questions they ask for that particular job but they will ask you questions like "Why do you want to work for us?" "How long do you see yourself at this company?", Then they will probably ask questions surrounded by the job, so they know you are...there? Who knows, everyone is different, just be yourself!

I'm in America, but I'm assuming it will be about the same. I know after I interviewed and got my job, they had a list of all these little things the were looking for, like whether I was smiling, or if I looked my interviewer in the eye and shook their hand. Just be courteous and polite, and answer honestly. That's all you can really do.
