Can someone help me with my cover letter? Seeking position other than Customer Service.?

well, what I would do is make the cover letter personally toward the position & the company you are requesting the job from;; that means you doing some research on them to what you are looking for;; then, if you don't want customer service, DO NOT mention customer service or they will 1) think that's what you want & 2) never look @ an alternative that you may see as a "promotion";; look for the position, & type something that you have done in your past to reflect on the position you're seeking, & for THAT company;; that's why EACH cover letter is different for EACH application...the resume may be the only item you keep the same for all applications...good luck!!
