What type of questions are you asked in a HR interview?
-
Ok, so I mad it through the first interview and now I am gettin called back for the HR interview. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Thanks,
-
Answer:
I would ask you to tell me about yourself, what you think you could do for this business, what are your hobby's, tell me about your home life and where you grow up, I have all of the knowledge to hirer you, but if I get you talking you may screw it up or give me more then what I need to know. If you start to talk in circles and can't remember what your point was when you started talking on this subject, then you screw up again, Keep your answers short and to the point. Don't get caught in the trip of talking yourself out of a job, or giving me reasons not to hire you. Use the KISS method; keep it simple stupid, is the best way to pass a interview. Good luck
