    Best thing to do would be see a guidance counselor at your school. If that's not an option, Google it. The police in your city have a website. Go there and find out. For example, I live in Sacramento: http://www.sacpd.org/ You can call the police station and talk to an officer. DO NOT CALL 911! Look in the Yellow Pages for the "non-emergency number". It's usually in the front. Tell who ever answers the phone you want to talk to someone about being a cop. They'll transfer your call to the right person. For best results, call during regular business hours (8am-5pm). There are more likely to be people available to talk to you.
