Certificates don't play much role. if you have experience it will add some wightage. now you are a fresher.try to concentrate on aptitude and vocabulary and communication. if you got selected in a company then learn related to your job. It may be Java,Microsoft Technology,Networking,Mainframe,DBA ,SAP etc... if you got job on java there is no use of Microsoft certificate and CCNA.. If you want to do a cource try to do job oriented courses.. Learning technology will update ur knowledge. as a fresher you should good in Communication,apptitude and C ,Database concepts.
