Is it possible to become a professional web designer without college?

I want to become a professional web designer. What now?

    Im a student web master as it is.. Im a senior in highschool and ive been though the webdesing program as electives, Your College should offer web design classes, but i advise you to learn both flash and photoshop. and learn basic html, it will help alot.

do a graphic design degree, you wouldnt really be able to get a well paid job without at least an undergraduate degree. A CAD-computer aided design course would also be useful. Some companies will take you on and put you through the training if you do a bit of research you might find one . Alternatively you could do a range of short courses such as cad and web design and set up on your own. good luck
