The job that is the easiest entry into the field would be "sales representative". YOu go to retail stores and try to get them to buy your games. The problem for you is that you will have to work for a newer company that doesn't have the well-known games. Your company's game may be as good as Grand Theft Auto but no one except you will know that. So you have to convince the store owner to give you shelf space. Getting a job as a game designer or programmer is almost impossible. You almost have to develop a game by yourself to get recognized..
