The main objective in sales would be to make the company money. I do not have much experience in resumes either, so I am not much help there. But, if your focus is sales, then you definitly should mention something about making the company profit. I wouldn't worry about it too much if it is Macy's though. Be outgoing, communicate well, keep eye contact, etc, etc. A good interview should land you the job, but if you want to see what an example sales resume looks like, just search for an "example sales resume".
