BEST ANSWERS TO THESE JOB INTERVIEW QUESTIONS?

What are the best answers during the job interview to this questions:?

  • What are the best answers to these questions: How are you under pressure? Give an example of how you handle such pressure? What can you offer our company? What are your ...show more

  • Answer:

Pressure would be like 3 or 4 people asking you to do something and they all want it now... so either you work well under pressure of deadlines and multi-tasking or you don't. If you do, then say something like... I am capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines. Examples? you can priorize your work and kindly let others know that you will get to their project asap. Offer the Company? Something like...positive attitude, helpful, enjoy working as a team, enjoy working with others to achieve the same goals. Experience? only you can answer that one. Why hire? You could say something like, you are punctual (on time to work everyday), you are a team player, you are willing to learn and you are a hard worker. Strengths? About the same as why they should hire you and how you work under pressure. Weaknesses? Always make your weakness sound like a positive to a company... something like... I am particular in the work I do, or I am quite a perfectionist. Overcome them? Because the weaknesses that you stated are positive for a company, there is a good chance that they won't ask the last question. Always be positive, thank them for the interview and don't answer the questions to quickly.. they like to know that you are thinking and that you haven't rehearsed them. Be there early! You are punctual, remember? Good Luck

Just remember to be yourself and be honest...but be smart about it at the same time. One time when I was in an interview, I got asked what are my strengths and weaknesses and of course I was expecting this... For my strengths I said "I have good attention to detail" as one of them. The interviewer then asked "example?" and I gave a crap one. I basically got no points from mentioning my strengths in my opinion. Then when it came to weaknesses, I decided to come clean, I just said as for my weakness, I'm not a very outspoken person so it may disadvantage me when working with others but I know that I need to work on it. The interviewer gave me the nod of appreciation and I suspect that it was for my honesty. I ended up getting the job. I think it was the fact that I was able to acknowledge my weakness, and also point out that I need to improve on that when it came to work, was what impressed the interviewer. Because we all know mentioning weaknesses is harder than talking about our strengths.

There are no "blanket good answers". You have to be honest, think quickly and look them in the eye when you talk to them. It helps to know as much about the company as you can before the interview. Any good personnel interviewer will see right through a snow job.

You didn't give any idea of what this job is and what kind of pressure or who's causing the pressure so I'll wing these answers. 1 ) No sweat, pressure runs off me like water off a duck 2) I think of a beautiful day and ignore who is causing the pressure until they calm down 3) Experience, maturity, I hold myself responsible for doing a good job. 4) Cant answer this one because I don't know what job your applying for and your experience. 5) You must hire me because I'm a fit for what you need. 6) My ability to get the job done, able to handle pressure, can adapt to change, provide positive input, and I'm cute. Add a little joke. 7) Don't know your negatives so I cant answer this one. But you can say some thing like " My biggest weakness is sometimes I'm to giving". 8) I analyze request more closely now. These are just off the cuff ideas since I don't know you or the kind of job your applying for.
