I have a Nintendo DS Lite. Which R4 (or other homebrew/flash card) should I get & where should I get it?

If you have a DSi, you need to get an R4 that is compatible for that because it's different from the ones for the DS. I personally haven't found anything superior or inferior between homebrew cards unless you actually know enough to play around with codes/programming.
