Playing games on PSP after updating firmware from ver. 1 to ver 5.02?

I've updated firmware of my PSP from ver. 1 to ver 5.02(latest available) and now couldn't play games. Actually i bought it from my friend and he didn't ever play any game on PSP. Now ...show more

Answer:
the 1.0 version of PSP allowed the use of .iso and .cso files while the newer version of sony firmware block the use of pirated games...but if you use custom firmware like 3.71 M33, you can play the .iso and .cso files...do some research into custom firmware by dark alex...good luck
