i have an intel core 2 duo with 2.5 gb ram and 3.2 ghz ddr2 , and nvidia 7300gt graphic card nvidia 128-bit,will gta 4 work on my pc and will it have better graphics

It will lag even at low graphics . Just upgrade your graphic card to a nvidia geforce 9000 series and it will be okay . i would suggest for you to wait for a while and upgrade your computer when the game " Mirrors Edge " comes out for PC .
