Can i 'Copy-Paste' the saved MSN Messenger conversation?

I had a convesation with my friend and saved it,can i do Copy/ Paste,if yes how?

Yes but most instant messenger log files are in HTML format just like a web page. This allows the log to retain the colors, fonts and maybe even the smileys. If you create an empty notepad file and paste into it, you will lose all that and just keep the plain text. If you create an empty MS Word file and paste it in, then it will usually keep the HTML formatting unless you choose "Paste Special" and select unformatted text.

Doesnt MSN messenger have message archives? well if not.. you can always just copy the WHOLE SCREEN press: ctrl and print-screen that will copy everything on your screen
