There is no way to contact Hotmail directly. They dont have a customer service or support line. My account was blocked and i tried everything, I mean everything. I changed my password, filled out the questionnaire with all the right details but nothing worked. Finally, I went to this site http://www.hotmailhelp.co.uk A technician called me & fixed my account. I was paranoid for almost 3 days. But thank god its all sorted now.

Your account was probably hacked - that's what happened to me and yes, they did have to send me a security code by text. Do you know anyone with a cell phone that you can ask if you can use their number so you can get a code?

there could be a security question you had entered before or signed up for a trusted computer.... But the thing is it wouldn't get you this verification message if you had never submitted you cell..so did you lose your cell phone? or maybe someone got into your account and submitted their cell phone, and now they have more access to your account and can hack you at any time......
