When I block someone on msn?

If you block someone on MSN, do they show up when they sign in?

    Nope, they will not "pop up" on the lower right hand side of your computer screen, but like you say, they will show up on your online contact list with a red line across if you look at that list. You will not show up on their contact list at all, and obviously will not pop up on their bottom right hand corner when you sign in :)

When you block someone on MSN, you restrict them from basically chatting to you. To them, you will be offline during the time that they are blocked. You will see that the blocked person is online, but they can not chat to you, and you can not chat to them.

It does pop up at the bottom but you just cant talk to them and like you say, you know their online but with a red line. Jack L

you can see they are online but they cant see you are.. if the are blocked rhe online mak will appear with a cross or a red line or something like that
