Next to your profile name (as you clearly don't have a pic, yet), there's a link that says 'upload/change photos'. Click on that, and you can upload straight from your PC.

Go to upload/change pictures at the side of your main pic on your myspace home page. Then there should be a section which says ''upload image'' click upload and then you can search through your imahes on your computer to upload, when you done click upload. Good Luck!
