it is not easy to call from pc to any mobile unless you have any credit, but if you want you can make free calls from pc to phone. that is free calls from India to Usa, www.icall.com is the website download the dailer and call for free

Skpe is the best option, if there person your going to call has a pocketpc ask them to d/l skype software onto their phone, and you should able to call them on skype. Another thing you might want to is vonage/ or their WiFi phones,

Try a thing called skype. You can use a headset via the PC to the recievers end and talk to them through your computer. It's really great. I have it. It can sometimes be a bit fuzzy but it's still pretty good.
