Renault have a 2 year suspended ban. But I doubt they'll cheat again...... Apparently they were were awarded the money out of damages.... true.. their image had taken a massive blow, on the same level as Tiger Woods right now. But at least it's not what he wanted. Flabio wanted £900,000 in damages!!!!

Falvio had his ban overturned by a French court, but Pat Symmonds ban still stands as far as I know. He didn't get 'paid' as such. It was compensation, he wanted 1.5million, or something like that. But only got 15,000 euros. It was overturned because the court has probably determined that Flavio was not given a proper chance to defend himself, and that Max Mosley had a planned revenge against him for trying to split up F1 because Max wanted to introduce budget cuts etc. So Flavio proposed the breakaway competition. I think that he should stay away. I mean people say that he did a lot of good work in F1. Yea ok he might have but he will now really be rememebered as the guy that forced a driver to crash via blackmail, so that his team mate could win. Also one more thing, I know of crash-gate. But what was crasg-gate?
