Using http://majesticseo.com or http://ahrefs.com They're both good backlink checker sites. If you want to buy backlinks, you should check out this service provider: http://backlinking4seosite.com, they provide only quality backlinks. So you'll be safe with Google updates.

You can do this using open site explorer but if you want to go deeper in the analysis and don't want to spend a lot of money you can hire someone on seoclerks.com to do that job from just $1. Best regards.

You can use Moz to do everything you've stated above and much more! https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/ Moz has its own proprietary crawler/spider which visits links you put and shows you the top pages linking to said page. You can also filter links according to the equity they pass on to the page (Follow links, No-Follow links) Beyond that MOZ also gives you the Domain Authority of the site linking to the page in question and more importantly it also provides you with the Page Authority of the actual web page from where the link has been obtained. Domain authority is a score Moz gives to every site on the basis of the links that site has, its Alexa score(maybe) and its social performance amongst a plethora of other factors. Page authority is the actual authority of a web-page in a particular domain. And, since Google has stopped updating PR's, this is the best way to judge the "Authority" of a website and accordingly formulate your content strategy. The free version of Moz is quite sufficient in my opinion, but if you want to do an in depth study I would recommend you take the 30 day free trial they allow and see if it meets you requirements. Hope this helps!

I would also recommend getting comfortable using a site crawler such as Screaming Frog (my current favorite) or Xenu Link Sleuth. It is great for sites with less than 50,000 pages. If you have more than that, you'll have to rely on the commercial products described by others here because computer memory becomes a limiting factor. I love the additional data you'll get with site crawlers such as crawl depth, anchor text, redirect info and so on.
