Where can I partner with an advertiser where the advertiser is paid based on results?

    Not going to happen - each of the sources you listed have a finite time or space with which to gather revenue. Once used, it cannot be used again. Due to the limited amount of available revenues that can be gained in this manner, carriers (print and over-the-air) sell their space much like an airline sells their seats (try buying a ticket to Jamaica with the proviso you will only pay for it if you have a good vacation). The carriers have no control over who visits your site/business and what transactions might result so they will not bet their business on your ability to close a sale.
