I know you said you just started the site but I see lots of potential problems you need to address right away. 1. No meta tags-you need to optimize your pages with keyword, title, and description tags that can be submitted to the search engines. Without these, you will find it very hard to obtain a ranking, which is what will get you traffic in the long run. 2. Your layout needs some sprucing up. I know the site is for teens, but even they will find it a little confusing. The fonts are all different sizes. The font on the message board is almost too small to read.
