Hello For example, if I set my meta keywords like, "free estimate, estimate" is it good for seo? Does the estimate count or is free estimate enough? Thank you

Free estimate and estimate are very generic keywords. You might want to use a tool like google keywords tool(it's free) to dig deeper into your keyword list. You want to be much more specific so that you get targeted traffic. Free estimates could bring anyone to your site. "Free Carpet cleaning estimate" is much more targeted, or "free property damage estimate." As it stands now you are competing for traffic that you probably don't even want.
