I think that sounds amazing!!! Thats great that you have that group available to you. I live in a small town with no homeschool groups around and no big cities within an hour. So I do all my work online with keystone national high school and absolutly love it. I'm 1/3 of the way through high school where as I would have started my sophmore year today. So congratulations and good luck!!! :D

I do online homeschooling with http://www.cmacademy.org/. i love it. I cant working at a public school . I get bored easily and distracted.plus i learn better online then in books. so it really helped
