Free certification for CDA certificate?

I am trying to get a job at a daycare. I need a CDA certificate. Does anyone know where i could obtain one for free? no cost to me?

Some states offer scholarship help for people who want to earn their CDA . If you contact cdacouncil.org they may know what is available to you. However, it is a long process and there is no way you would have one in time to start a job where it is required. Try another center where you could work as an assistant while studying. They may even be able to help.
