  There's no way you could make there leaving the same day as the tour...you'll have to leave the day before and stay the night somewhere, or travel through the night. For same-day travel, take the train (National Express East Anglia) from Diss or Norwich to London Liverpool Street. From there, take the tube to Euston Square, then walk up to Euston Rail Station and catch the London Midland train to Watford Junction. The train fare starts at £17 for advance online purchase for a specific day/time, £44.80 for off-peak and £53 for anytime. If you want to travel overnight and arrive very early the next morning, go to the Norwich City Centre Bus Station (on Surrey Street) and, at 22:15 take the National Express Airport/727 towards Gatwick Airport, South Terminal Bus Station. Get off at Stanstead Airport and transfer to the Arriva the Shires & Essex/510 towards Harlow Town Centre, departing at 2:05am. From Harlow, catch the Green Line at 6:04am (operated by Arriva the Shires & Essex)/724 towards Heathrow Central Bus Station, and get off at Watford Junction, arriving around 6:20am. Then just wait until the first shuttle of the morning, or catch the Arriva the Shires & Essex/41 to Abbots Langley and walk from there. I don't have any info about the coach fares.
