How do I get IM me, add to 360 and send msg to show on my 360 page?

I see all other 360 pages showing IM me, add me and send a message. My 360 page shows none of this. How do I get these to show on my 360 page?

Make it public, for others to see (edit your profile) (you need to verify your email, show that you've created 360 page sucessfully etc.)
