Computer problem,it is a doubt about recycle bin?

Hard-disk and removable-disk has sectors and clusters from which they r made of. When any file is deleted permanently it get stored in fragmented form which can result in crashes if hard-disk is more fragmented. So some s/w like recuva and tool-star file recovery can still recover those deleted files by scanning on those sectors and clusters-takes more time 2 scan than sectors. So we defragment our partitions so as 2 gain those free spaces and save it from crashes. While defragmenting red portions r fragmented data. To defrag--right click on any of ur drive-propeties-tools-defragment.

Use Ccleaner for completely removing it...it is a freeware for removing unwanted files..

after deleting the data from recycle bin the data can't be taken back coz pc forgetts abt the data u hav deleted from recycle.................................... sorry to say that
