  Taking the easy route is never good. The only way to get a agent is to be accepted by a agent agency. You will need to develop a full resume. So, you need to get roles in your local plays, and/or join your schools drama club. Also, continue to take acting classes, the more the better. Once you get a full resume, you can go looking for a agent. You will need to take a head shot though. You should Google or Yahoo search "Agent Agencies" and click on a link that looks interesting. Make sure the agency is legit, the legit ones are usually the first choices that pop up. When you find one you like, find out how they accept new actors/actresses, for example, if they want you to mail in your information, or email it to them.
